HH Seniors Host Pink Basketball Game

Hatboro-Horsham seniors, Mike Brown and Ryan Kelly, and the HH varsity basketball hosted a pink basketball game on December 21, 2012.  The seniors completed their graduation project by dedicating one of their varsity home games to fighting for a cure for cancer.

Mike and Ryan designed and sold out of T-shirts for the game, gathered hot items for two raffle baskets, including our very own Pink Warrior shirts and sweatshirts, and sold 50/50 tickets, just to name a few.  Before the game Mike and Ryan spoke about the importance of raising awareness of all cancers and what it means to support the patients, survivors, and caregivers.   The stands were filled with a sea of pink.  It was a beautiful sight to see!

It was an honor to be a part of this fun-filled night and look forward to future projects with these two amazing seniors. Mike and Ryan made the Pink Warriors proud!
